spring in Arizona

Today I got the recipe for surviving mornings in pollen season at my house. At night, you have to leave the recirculating fan for the furnace on, but turn the pressurizer down to the lowest setting, and close the bedroom door. Then, when you wake up with heart palpitations at 5 am, you get up and turn off the recirculating fan and take your respirator back to the bedroom. When you wake up because you're rested instead of sick, you put the respirator on and go turn on the recirculating fan again. Then after about half an hour, you can probably eat breakfast and keep it down.
