Yesterday I was going to have belated CFIDS Awareness Day (it was on Monday), except I developed a sensitivity to the shampoo I'm using, and I didn't figure it out until tonight. So go listen to a song I really, really like, and I'll go wash my hair in vinegar.

Hey, thanks for posting that! And happy belated CFIDS Awareness Day. I'm not sure if "happy" is the right word, but it's late and I can't think of a better one. :)
This is the problem with having a single day of awareness about condition(s) where life does not run to any schedule!
I'm liking the idea of a month of awareness with 12th being a kickstart.
Hope the shampoo is recoverable from quickly.
