slow but measurable progress
I finally tolerate that 17th Century Suds chocolate-flavored lip balm a friend of mine gave me something like two years ago. (Yes, I saved it. I guess I'd know if lip balm went bad, right?) Also, I can't say I tolerate it in Joann Fabrics, but during my last trip there, I noticed that I didn't have to fight the urge to leave the entire time. So, progress.

Woo-hoo! Have you tried their soap or shampoo yet?

I'm just counting my blessings with the lip balm and sticking with local soap, baking soda, and hair mud.
I almost tolerate laundry detergent, too, but I'm saving that for big jobs and sticking with ammonia. One thing I'll never really go back to is vinegar in the wash. Vinegar sucks as a laundry product if you're working with actual dirt.
