sleepy

Today I learned that if you use up more than 75 ft2 of aluminum foil covering the underpinnings to your new mostly-metal, definitely not poplar, platform bed, the whole thing crinkles when you lie down on it. I don't care because I get to sleep in the bed again.

Years ago I had a bed frame custom made out of cedar and without asking the carpenter painted it with tung oil. I couldn't sleep in it for weeks. It was a horrible experience, so disrupting. I know you can relate. I never thought about covering it with foil. You are so resourceful, I'm not kidding!! Sweet crinkle dreams, Miss Molly.
